These dogs have been part of our breeding program. They have OFA hips clear, normal elbows, heart and eye clearances. All are beautiful examples of the Golden Retriever standard in every way. We are very selective when placing our retired adults. Please expect to provide a vet reference and be willing to have an in depth interview. We require a fenced yard for all of the retired adults. All of our dogs are crate trained and use to living in a country setting. They adapt very easily into new homes. These are not "rescues" and if you even have that thought please keep scrolling and contact a rescue. My adults are not free nor do they go to the first person that inquires. They go to the home that I feel is best for them. Adoption fees are equal to at least the cost of a puppy. They come spayed and UTD on vaccines and HW Tested. They know some basic obedience and will do fine with house training with a refresher and time to adapt to your routine. We have placed many of our adults and we have many repeat homes that now only want our retired adults. My goal is to make this a one time transition and only want the best fully committed forever homes.  We require you to be within two hours drive of us. You must be willing to keep in contact with us during the lifetime of the dog and keep us updated with any health concerns that may arise. We also require all retired dogs to be on a limited vaccination protocol and will have titers for core vaccines as needed and rabies vaccine kept current as required by law.
